In observance of the guidelines and recommendations of the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality, and for the benefit of all, the following preventive and hygienic sanitary measures are mandatory for visits to Bodegas Elías Mora:

1.- All visits must have a prior appointment by phone (+34 983 78 40 29) or email (enoturismo@bodegaseliasmora.com).

2.- Physical contact (shaking hands, two kisses) in greetings will be avoided.

3.- The use of a mask will be MANDATORY in all non-outdoor areas, and its use is also recommended outdoors except for exceptional causes.

4.- In the reception area and at the entrance to the tasting room, an area will be made available to visitors where they can, individually and respecting the distances, disinfect their hands with hydroalcoholic gel provided by the winery and dispensed by the warehouse employees.

5.- You will only be able to access the interior areas of the winery that the staff specifically indicates.

6.- In all areas of the interior of the winery that are accessible to visitors, a safety distance of 1.5 meters must be maintained between people.

7.- The purchase area will have a maximum capacity of one person and payment will preferably be made by card, contactless if it's possible.

8.- Any brochure or information in physical forma must be requested and will be provided individually.

9.- If any visitor presents symptoms compatible with COVID 19, the company reserves the right to refuse admission.

10.- Any waste of personal hygiene (especially disposable handkerchiefs) must be thrown in the authorized bins, with non-manual operation and bag.

11.- In the tasting area, the distance between the stalls will be respected and the individual accessories will be available to complete the experience. None of them should be shared, especially drinks. When leaving the tasting room, the disposable items will be thrown in the bins specially enabled by each of the users.

The repeated failure to comply with these measures will result in application of the right to refuse admission. Thank you very much for fulfilling them!
