Don Daniel is an exclusive, limited-edition tribute to winemaker Victoria Benavides' father. Produced by Bodegas Elías Mora in San Román de Hornija (Valladolid), the grapes originate entirely from the historic "Pago de La Cañadica" vineyard—owned by the Order of Saint Benedict since 1502. Released strictly during extraordinary vintages, each barrel is individually selected by Victoria after 12 months of aging in French oak.
