  • Right of Withdrawal & Refunds: The buyer has 14 calendar days from purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the voucher has not been redeemed. Non-refundable for cash after expiration.
  • Responsible Consumption & Minors: Wine tasting is strictly reserved for guests aged 18 and over. Minors accompanied by an adult enter free of charge (without alcohol tasting).
